55.88همانطور كه جدول 2-4 نشان می دهد نمره پرسشنامه ارزیابی شخصیت – مقیاس ویژگی های مرزی هر دونفردر تمام جلسات سیرنزولیداشته و از کاهشویژگی های مرزی حكایت می كند. بطوری كه آزمودنی اول از جلسه اول تا اتمام درمان 15/46 درصد بهبودی حاصل كرده است. آزمودنیدوم نیز در 88/55 درصد بهبودی نسبت به جلسه پایه كسب كرده است. یافته ها نشان می دهد كه آزمودنی ها از لحاظ بالینی بهبود معناداری را در نمره پرسشنامه ارزیابی شخصیت – مقیاس ویژگی های مرزی داشته اند. و فرضیه اول مبنی بر « آموزش مهارتهای تنظیم هیجانی باعث کاهش شدت علائم اختلال شخصیت مرزی می شود» تأیید می شود.
